Please for those who pray, my cousin has been taken into the trauma ward, he tore his rotator cuff last week and it has infection in it, it's spread throughout his body. His organs are shutting down, and they have him on a ventilator, he's only 28, and healthy, so please if you would, pray or send well wishes or thoughts or anything.
UPDATE:
He's been moved to ICU, they're pretty sure that the infection is MRSA and he's definitely septic. They think that he could have been a carrier for awhile and tearing his shoulder caused it to get out of control. They're keeping him sedated and running large bore IV's with heavy antibiotics. Blood pressure is coming up, and the prognosis is critical but the doctor is hopeful. Thanks you guys so much for your prayers and thoughts.
Update 2.
Things are taking a turn for the worse. He's in septic shock, core temp is still too high, but his limbs are too cold to take an iv/pic line.
They're in with him now doing a cutdown for a central line, we should know in 20 min or so if it works. They're saying 2/3 chance that he won't make it. They think that the source of the infection is a faulty hardware piece, a screw that was placed in his shoulder. The surgeon won't touch him until he stabilizes, and that won't happen until his blood pressure comes up. This is without a doubt the hardest thing our family has ever been though. He has a 3 year old daughter and a twin brother that's trying to hold it together.
Update 3. 4:00 am
A bit of good news. Blood pressure has stabilized, temp is down and so is heart rate. He's nowhere near out of the woods but the dr said he's definitely better off than he was an hour ago. Starting a dialysis line, bp line and central iv line now.
7:00 am. My amazing cousin, who always looked at life as an opportunity and an adventure passed away this morning.

damn, that sounds bad...hopefully they can pump some IV antibiotics into him quickly to knock that shite back before there is too much damage...prayers sent for him...
