Police departments are having a problem because many of the people being hired after all the psychological screening have never been in a fight before. The majority have never fired guns before.

Frat boys and their stylistics have got nothing to do with it.
Women voting and women's libbers have got nothing to do with it.
Strong men aren't afraid of fleeting style and they aren't afraid of loud mouthed women wearing sensible shoes.
Men lead, raise their kids and go forward, no matter what.
This is what is lacking in this country today.
Too many men are taking the easy way out and it shows.

This is a huge problem. When I was in school if I got in trouble my tail got beat at school then again at home. Now they can't touch the kid and the parent wants to blame the school (teachers) instead of looking at their own dumbarse child.

We are a world of followers all being pushed along by social pressure and confined by societies unwritten rules. People are afraid to lead so they live someone else's life, a life scripted and subtly introduced from media centers around the world. It's more important to fit in than it is to carve your own niche and lead. Some influential part of society decided decades ago that individuality wasn't chic, masculinity needed to be muted and free thinkers were only allowed if that free thinking fell within their vision. We are all being led to some androgynous, insecure, collective future and have forfeited our will do fight against it.
Men don't want to be handsome, they want to be cute. They don't want to be leaders, they want to fit in. It's the way of the world.

i would say people catering to other people's feelings instead of being blunt and tell them the truth. Like the no score keeping in kids sports, you guys are all winners, everyone wanting to sue. It is really sad
