Got this pinwheel recipe in an email today from Louisiana Cookin' Magazine.

By the way, if you're looking for gifts for cooks, both Louisiana Cookin' Magazine and Louisiana Kitchen Magazine are good ones. I've given them both and they have been well received. Kitchen is only a year old. Cookin' has been around a good while.

I just read the first line or two of the recipe. His description of the "backstrap" is screwed up..."12 inches in length"? Frank's talking about the inside "tenderloin" of the animal, and even I'm not redneck enough to F that up with Rotel and velveeta, which is otherwise a combination created by the gods themselves...

I know nothing about backstrap. Posted it for all the bacon wrapped stuffed with cheese etc... folks. Wouldn't know a backstrap from a bra strap.
