Don't mind if I do.
I didn't look into Sugar Bowl this year, but last year they sent me a spreadsheet of available suites to lease out ($3k - $5k range) plus the price of tickets which I think were $170 each for suites (more this year). Suite passes were $40-$50 each, and then you paid for Food and Beverages on top of that of which you budget $1,000 or so for. Suite tickets have gone up to $215 this year.
For the NOLA Bowl, you can ONLY rent an available suite in a package deal if you agree to rent a suite for the Hornets game that same night. The package deal for the 300 level suites is $5,000, and with a 400 level suite is $7,500. Suite tickets for the Hornets game are included and in a 200 level Arena suite, but not for the New Orleans Bowl. That is an extra cost although at $40 each, that really isn't that bad. And the package deal doesn't include F&B either. That is on you.

it really is a piece of shite deal. the majority of lafayette people will not be interested in dishing a few more grand to see the hornets get stomped for the 30th time in 2012.

watching the games from the suite sucks anyway, the only reason to go there is free booze and food
