My daughter makes straight A's and never asks for anything. She's pretty much a perfect kid. She gets embarassed that she has nicer things than some of her friends at school.

I'm selling my used ones on eBay starting tomorrow night if you're interested. Starting at $125.
I just switched to Audio Technica M50s, sound much better and were cheaper.

Just by Audio Technica M50s they are much better headphones in every conceivable way and cheaper, its what Dre actually wore in studio.

my daughter sounds much like yours.Just finished our new house a few days ago. Her reaction after seeing it done was "i dont want a room and closet this big. people are gonna think we are rich. poor thing worries about everyones feelings but hers.

We all know Beats are the joke of the headphone industry, but truth be told for a 13 year old it's about being cool and being seen with certain logos.
Sad but true, it's the way of the American teenager, wasn't much different when we were younger. It's just much more obvious and more out of hand now.
