Now the storyline for next year will be whether Gemma is the one that turned Tara in. I think that is too obvious and it would be easy for Jax to find out bc Gemma would have to testify and give a statement.
I think that the DEA guy recorded Tara talking about it and turned her in after his route with Otto failed.

It would throw out his confession on the RICO case against the club. Thats why he said "Sons live redwood bleeds." The club as a whole is fine but Jax suffers pain "Tara going to jail"

That's a great point. He could have easily put a bug in her office when he was in there by himself.
Things I want to see next season:
1) Phil either do something relevant or get killed off. He just doesn't fit.
2) Happy get unleashed on someone.
3) Lincoln Potter return to the story
4) Otto finally put out of his misery.

part of me says gemma didn't rat on tara because she heard jax refuse Nero's offer and she realized he isn't going anywhere regardless and part of me says she did it to help him stay and eliminate that problem for him.

Yea the last two finals scenes have mirrored the picture of jaxs dad and gemma. I thought it was pretty cool

I thought the same. Notice the torn papers (custody, etc.) on the table and the embrace at the end. I am thinking Jax sent her up the river to keep HIS kids.

I doubt jax was in on it, he seemed genuinely pissed and surprised when she sprang that news on him.
I don't think he was too disappointed when she was arrested either though

Sure he was. The MC comes first. No matter what, Tara was just an Old Lady.
Jax had already torn up all those papers and when Gemma walked in at the end it was obvious they were both in on it imo.

I hope not.
It's a pretty easy plot if Gemma was the one who actually turned her in- Tara testifies what Gemma told her and that she has copied of her late husband saying he believes she'll be behind his death. Now Jax knows, and Gemma's case is blown up. So, I don't think that's how it's going to play out next season.
And if Jax was behind it then Tara has a lot of intel on the club.
Who knows. I feel bad for Tara, hopefully she'll be out of jail soon in the next season.
eta- Did Gemma just get lucky with Clay's arrest OR did she know it was coming and she could get him arrested? If she had the heads up from Jax then it's highly possible she and him were behind Tara's arrest.

I think the show is too complex for it to be as simple as Gemma turning in Tera. There has to be more to it than that. I think the nurses brother ( the marshal ) will be a major player in season 6. I would not be surprised at all to see Clay walk on the murder charges. I also dont see Pope being dead meaning Tigs troubles with his guys being over.
