Surviving the Titanic's Sinking(Posted by Cold Pizza on 12/5/12 at 11:40 am)
Or any other shipwreck in cold waters. My strategy would be to immediately start inhaling starchy and sugary foods to build energy supplies. Also plenty of hydration. Put on 2, or even 3 life vests then start pilfering floating stuff to build my own lifeboat. Regardless, I'm going into the water at the very last second.
no, you're gonna die. i fish in the winter, sometimes going out in the middle of the night in my boat in heavy fog, once you look into it, and see what happens to the body, it isn't a pretty way to go. not a hell of a lot you can do about it except don't enter the water when it's that cold to begin with.

i would run to the very back of the ship with the chick i was banging on the cruise, climb over the rails and wait until we are the very last ones in the water when the ship finally sinks .. then, we'll find a head board floating where i will, being the cavalier gentleman that i am, put said chick on it and float in the freezing water while i await rescue ..
