Recipes with rosemary help

I have 2 full grown rosemary bushes in my garden. I use it some, but not nearly enough. I'm looking for ideas. What do y'all have?

Flavor blends well with pork too.

Add some to roasted potatoes.

I have used it seasoning roasted chicken, and pork tenderloin. Great that way, but I would love to have an "everyday" use for it if there is one. I may pull up the bushes otherwise, and just buy rosemary when needed. I grow basil, chive, and garlic too and I use them a good bit. Rosemary, not so much.

Put a fresh sprig in a pot of white beans. Leave it whole then discard when done.

I put a sprig in with my roast the other night. Also good to chop fine and mix with mashed potatoes.

I like it in soups and stews, too, but not so much that it's overpowering. In blends like Herbs de Provence or Bouqet Garni it is very good.

I cheat and buy from Penzeys, partially because I suck at keeping plants alive.

Also, pan sauté shrimp in brown butter, rosemary, and some seasoning salt(slap ya mama) and serve over jasmine rice with some sautéed zucchini

I don't think you can kill rosemary
I can grow the hell out of it and don't even try, and I can't grow anything

As long as you keep it in a drained container or well-drained soil, it's practically impossible. I defy anyone to plant rosemary in a drained terracotta pot, water it when the soil dries out, and still manage to kill it.

Rosemary is my favorite herb. I steep it in olive oil with garlic to spread on bread or on veal chops before I grill them in addition to the above suggestions. I do bbq shrimp several different ways and I use rosemary in one of them. Excellent flavor. I grind it fresh quite often as well.

Salt and pepper a cut up chicken. Heat three quarters cup of olive oil. Brown chicken. add ten cloves of garlic with skin on. Add one tablespoon of rosemary and oregano. Cook for a few mins. Pour in half cup white wine. Turn down heat a little. Let wine reduce by half. Put lid on and cook for about twenty mins to get the chicken tender. Get some good french bread to dip in sauce.
Use this same recipe for shrimp. Leave the shell on. heat oil add all ingredients except wine and shrimp. saute a couple mins add shrimp. cook two mins add wine. let wine reduce. Be careful do not overcook shrimp. The shell will stick to the skin.

Sounds like greasy chicken. Do you skim all that grease with a paper towel?

I make rosemary potatoes about once a week.

Heat up some EVOO and throw in rosemary, garlic, and Serranos. Let that get hot, but be careful not to burn the garlic. Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper and roast potatoes in oven until tender.

I also use it when marinating chicken breasts.

I love Rosemary as well.

A very easy/healthy recipe we do often is marinate chicken breasts in a rosemary balsamic vinaigrette for a few hours. Roast/grill/saute chicken. Serve over whole wheat penne tossed in a fresh marinara sauce and sprinkle some fresh parmesan and even some fresh basil if you have.
