Looking for anyone that can give me some first hand info on their program. Looking at putting my son in some type of strength conditioning program and want some info on this one.

I trained with him almost 20 years ago for about 4 years. Was a great program back then. dont know about now...

I trained with him for 6 years or so won a national title and many state titles email me if you want info dbloug2@lsu.edu

I also got to train at the Olympic weightlifting complex in Colorado for 2 weeks as part of the junior Olympic national team

In the old days, if you were a member of the gym, you could train with him for free. Now, you have to pay a gym membership and pay Hatch, which isn't all that bad since he's still one of the best coaches in BR. I did (trained for free in the 90s) and it helped me breakthrough some plateaus on leg strength.
Schedule? Usually 4-7 is when he is there.
I once asked him: If you took an entire team of 12-13 year old kids and they all trained their arse off for you for 4 years, what do you think would be the result?
He said it would be downright illegal because that team would physically destroy any team they played. 
Your kid would be physically stronger than most kids that he would come up against on a field/court.
His latest top-flight Olympic lifter, Matt Bruce, just retired at 29. He was an alternate this past year and he and Hatch are now launching the Hatch line of power lifting equipment.

Good for Bruce. He was a swolt mofo in college. Havent seen that cat in ages. I can't believe hatch still does this. He has to be in his late 80s by now

Talked to him at our fraternity alumni Bama tailgate and learned of his retirement.
Dude is still a beast.
He could probably make a serious go at the 2016 Olympics, but injuries could start creeping up due to his age.

My dad brought me to Hatch in the early 90's, used to be be free when you were a member of the gym. The training dramatically improved my strength and explosiveness in football. I'm proud to say that he trained me, it's an excellent program.
