16 ft 8 in x 15 ft = 251.25 sq ft per floor
So we have 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and penthouse terrace: 251 x 3 = 753 sq ft.
No thanks. Not for $6.5 million. Not for $1,000. In any market. That's just jacked up and cramped.
Maybe I'm missing something

I stand corrected. This place is about 701 sq ft per floor, about 2100 sq ft total.
Would need to see the types of chicks frequenting the bar below before I'd offer.

funny thing is that most people couldn't even afford to just maintain the property taxes on a place like that it would be like 3k/month
