You do realize that picture isn't the employee, right? I value freedom very much but I also value respect. Both people in this scenario sound like douche bags.

I do, but no where in the article does it say the employee was working. Seeing when it was posted, it could have been a reservist showing off his shite at work before the ball or something. We dont know and this is more than likely true:

If you really think that the majority of veterans that fought in battle were doing so in order for people to misrepresent themselves, and mock the military while falsely wearing earned medals, you are completely out of touch with the veteran's mindset. And that's a fact.
