education and understanding as to why wise scientists thousands of years ago set social dogma as they did.

Ok, well understanding why it was set in the first place doesn't tell us what needs to be changed now. So, what do you think needs to be done now to address the issue in your OP?

not sure how else it can be said, besides remove the underlying issue behind the chaos..."Choice"
maybe, remove every safety net that allows for bad choice?
no child support
no alimony
no food stamps
no social assistance

or sterilization of the criminal(convicted of a felony), social assistance, known to have a contagion, known to have inheritable diseases, and the such.

To me it's the same as IQ in schools. People realized that they are part of the problem and then fought to have that form of grading removed. When Politicians and administrators tested out low, obviously the test was flawed and not an accurate measure.
Everybody wants the law catered to them, and all their flaws.

I would agree as long as both parties can support themselves. If one party has stayed home to take care of the kids and the family, they will need help getting back into the work force. The only other option is to outlaw divorce.

I agree with limiting social services, but there are situations when people fall on hard times and do need a safety net. Not all people who are in this situation are there because they are irresponsible.
