| OT Workout Thread: First week in December.. (Posted on 12/3/12 at 4:07 pm)
I'll run some weekly threads over the daily one's since most have erratic gym times. I usually hit the gym 4x week sometime Mon-Sat. Delt/Trap Day DB Presses, Push Presses, Side Laterals, Front Raises, Shrugs, etc.. A mix of some of these lifts, usually 9-10 working sets for Delts and 3 sets of Shrugs. Right shoulder pain my force me to tone the weights down to typical OT weak bodies. And my go-to mix is this: LINK 61 minutes of a live Mix by DJ Baby Anne in Vegas. I don't have to waste time skipping some songs on Pandora or my ipod when I start it up..

I hit chest at 5:30am this morning. 5 sets incline barbell 4 sets flat dbell Hammer strength incline Cable flyes 2 sets very light dbell flyes

Bench day today, bout to get my chest swole up: Barbell bench 155 5x5 Incline DB press 45 2x8 DB flyes 20 2x10 Beast mode

I usually go 3-4 times per week. I go very early, try to get there about 3:45 AM and do 45 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio. Monday is shoulders and back, day two is arms and abs, day three is legs, day four chest. If I only have a three day week, I combine legs and chest.

Supposed to be chest/back today but I have no fricking bench at this hotel Probably do some standing lat raises, incline, decline, and flat push-ups before running. Ab work as always.. I usually like to separate my cardio but I don't have much choice this week. Just took some assault and getting ready to hit it.

Week 2 of Wendler's Cycle 6 sets of Deads (3 working) 70%/80%/90% 5 sets of Stiff-Legged Deads 5 sets of Leg Press 5 sets of Sit-ups Twas a good gym sesh

do the workout dudes also post about their monthly additions to their pickup trucks? hitting the weights 5 times a week and putting lift-kits on trucks seem to go hand in hand.

The Spartacus thread was going on for a long time, until everyone hurt themselves trying to use DBs that were too heavy. ..like me using 30s for T-pushups. Pinched nerve in my back for weeks.
