Ceteris paribus, probably. However, this would be a result of decades of systemic buildup of socialist policies. I doubt I'm any safer walking around in New Orleans at night now than what I was 85 years ago, even in real terms, with respect to population growth.

Because the state run media tells them and liberals have no common sense and they are unintelligently dumb as dirt. And the others like the free ride.
But the professional free riders will never lose their free ride until Obama runs out of monopoly money. And then they will blame Bush and the pubs. Repeat and rinse... and it will work until ONE thing happens- Obama's voter fraud ground game ends.
