You my friend are a moron... I guess you would like for the govt to lay out what you can eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and when you can eat it? Would you like them to dress you too?

If someone is caught selling an energy drink to a minor in NYC, do you think that they should be treated the same way that you feel drug dealer should be (executed)?

I don't drink energy drinks and believe they are pretty unhealthy. However, despite my objections to them there is no reason to do this. Personal responsibility is needed.

I'm on the fence on this one. I'm as small government as they come, but in my opinion, energy drinks are unhealthy. Not unhealthy like a soda, but I think they are unhealthy in that they can be dangerous. It isn't like they are banning the drinks. They just can't sell them to kids under a certain age. So I'm kind of on the fence.

Personal responsibility doesn't apply to minors like it does adults.

I have never had one and don't know whether it's the law here or our gym took it upon itself to do it on its own, but there is a sign on the cooler that no one under 18 can purchase energy drinks. Haven't there been some deaths associated with kids drinking these energy drinks?

You aren't small government, and certainly not pro liberty if you are on the fence about this issue.

Yes there has been... which is why I'm on the fence about it. It isn't unhealthy like soda. It is unhealthy because they can be dangerous. If adults want to drink it, fine. But I question whether these types of drinks should be openly sold to kids.
