It really isn't about efficiency. Really look at the formula and it's about scoring efficiency. Not efficiency as a basketball player.
PS - this is the guy you cited to reason that Turrant is better than Hickey...

PER is about scoring efficiency. My rating is about basketball efficiency. He wants to use the rating based on scoring efficiency due to him trying to make a point that is wrong.

I've seen it. I've also looked at every advanced metric listed and Tarrant is better than Hickey in more than he is not. Even without counting PER, TS% and eFG%.

Don't forget Hickey is the best guard in the country. I like me some Hickey, but that's just a little overboard.

When the year started craft was the best point guard in the country and in my opinion he definitely not better than hickey. I would love to here your opinion of who the best since you know so much.
