LOL, I figured that's ruffle some eagle feathers. I went a little overboard, long day. Great hire if it's Petrino, I'm just messing with you guys as I agree that it's only about winning. I thought it was stupid for firing him over an affair anyways. I have no idea what that has to do with football.
On the other, even some of you have to admit that some of the stuff said about AU and faith is a little nauseating. However, I did see in the meltdown thread an Aub say "Better to lose big and have God pleased with you than win big by cheating"

Petrino could be announced but he will not be, since every AD in the country including Kentucky have said hell no to Bobby. I do not know what he will do, the Offensive Coordinator at University of Central Arkansas should be a good start.

Does AU have a QB on scholly now that can run a BP type offense? Just how bad is the defense now, as it can be expected that he will not improve it,dramatically or otherwise? Any rumors of self imposed penalities to offset the NCAA hammer coming down?

I think Petrino is exactly the wrong type of hire for Aubie, he'll get his arse handed to him by Saban on the recruiting trail and more than likely on the field too.
Petrino is awful with the media too and there's no state worse than Alabama for media pressure and coverage in cfb.
Petrino = disaster
