I don't think Les travels a lot, I think he mostly talks to recruits on the phone...most of the time.

My nephew goes to Catholic New Iberia. Les was there talking to their QB. Apparently a guy very late on their radar.

If you can recruit now then yes I assure the whole staff maybe sans Chavis are all recruiting. It is obvious now to me that Les really loves recruiting.

Most coaches are out on the road.
Miles has visited lawson, stokes, boutte, and brazil.
Going to visit cutrer, prob get update on his grades, pocic, dodd, lacouture and patterson. I say miles does travel a lot and its more so to just sure up the guys already committed.
Cahvis is going to visit neal and gilmore.

I saw the guy DESTROY my old high school last year. I could not believe he wasn't very heavily recruited. He looked every bit of 6'5 and 200+. He threw at least 4 tds and was super accurate. Def a man among boys!

per the recruiting board, Chavis was in Alabama going after the nation's #1 LB recruit, who was committed to Chizik. the coaches are out there putting in work.
