Your post is your own agenda to tell others what it REALLY means according to your beliefs, which includes bashing Christians and the GOP. Good job working towards unifying people.

In almost half a century, the only real, and meaningful attempt at a 'more perfect union', flawed as it may be, has been Obamacare.
"More perfect" union(as you seem to define it) attempts are pretty much without fail, attempt by borderline or actual tyrants who believe they know what is best for ALL. In fact, I can't really think of a single example where this isn't the case. This is The reason liberty loving people oppose such attempts.

why do you assume that someone against the communist utopia you speak of is a Christian? Didn't you claim to be a Republican when you first started to post here? Why are you a communist? What do you have against rich people? What do you have against to each to his own ability? Why do support to each only according to his need?
why won't you answer these questions?

And let's be realistic, what real steps have we taken toward the so-called 'perfect union' in the past, say, 20 years?
A 'more perfect union' is a world without state governments. Open sourcing is probably the biggest advent in the last 20 years.

where the govt is truly a product of the people. not the people a product of the govt. where the oppertunity to succeed is a right, not a guarentee to those who dont work for it. where those that do succeed are not forced to provoide for those who refuse to. where the govt is held accountable to the people, not the people are held accountableb by the govt. where those who contribute have more of a say than those who dont. etc etc

A one world government? How do we elect the head of state? How does he/she govern if there are no smaller divisions (e.g. states) to address local matters?

I did not come up with the definition. That is the bible's definition of a perfect/Christian society. Sorry if I offended any non-Christians I thought a good number of u were Catholics. And then I guest the bible spouts communist ideals. So be it.

Better than England at the time the Preamble was written. Thee end. As to how to define it now ... just look at where we are and are headed ... and think of the opposite. Need less government. More individual accountability.

One of truly sovereign states under the LIMITED Constitution. This union ceased being "perfect" in 1861.

A great question, notice how many answers that are without substance. Add to that "domestic tranquility" and I think you really have basic questions of what the Constitution really means. Add to that the brilliant interpretation of Sarah Palin that we must get back to "the Constitution", which, of course, is deeply rooted in the minds of or Founding Fathers. Will somebody please ask this great mind what the hell they think that means?
