I could do a lot of good with that kind of money, so I'm kind of obligated. But it would definitely feel like a job.

Never. I invest almost all my time into sports. I wouldn't know what to do with myself.

Well I am trying to look at this as a real life proposition, not a chance in hell I give up sports for any type of money? I make good enough money for me and my family to be happy as it is. I grew up playing sports from the time I was little until my Junior year of college, my dad coached me growing up. I can't wait until my 1 year old son is old enough for me to be able to teach him all those things I have learned, take him to games, there is nothing in this world worth giving that up.

absolutely. is this really a question? I love LSU and I love the Dallas Cowboys - but with half a billion I could travel anywhere and do anything. ANYTHING. Sorry - waking up every morning and throwing a dart at the map and taking off, and all I have to do is not watch sports? Absolutely. Sure I would miss it. But half a B? Come on.

First reaction upon seeing the question..."hell yeah." Then I started to think more about it. Do remember: You can never watch sports again You can't take part in any sport You can't talk sports You can't keep up with sports

I could. If you are currently living comfortably and love sports as much I do, then I would not trade it in. Sports are my greatest passion and many of my fondest memories are sports with my dad. There is nothing more fun for me than playing sports. It is just too great of an interest to give up. Playing, watching, and learning about sports are what I spend a significant of my life on and who I am. No money is the world is worth giving up something I love so dearly.

frick yes. With $500 million, I could find new interests. I doubt any of us have sports as our ONLY hobby. There are many other things we can do.

I am really just trying to make some of you understand why some people can and would be on the other side of the fence. We aren't all wired the same, do I love money? YES, without a doubt. But there is a line between money and happiness every person has to draw. Maybe I am in the minority, but let's just paint a clear picture of my personal time. I run a sports bar, for a living, I am no OT baller but I make good money doing something I love and I am literally surrounded by 50 flatscreens with nothing but sports on all day. When I get in the car and turn on the radio 90% of the time I listen to ESPN Radio. When I turn on the TV, I rotate between the ESPNs, FSNO, or any other network that may be carrying a game. When I talk to my friends, 80% of the conversation is about sports. Hell 80% of my friends that I still hang out with on a regular basis I played ball with growing up or met in college, while playing ball. When I get on the computer I come to TigerDroppings or ESPN.com, that's pretty much it. The only video games I own are NBA2k, MLB The Show, NCAA Football, and FIFA. I bought Call of Duty just to try and get some variety but I traded it in a week later. Since I am no longer involved in organized sports, I play golf with friends on the weekend. With 500 million dollars and no sports I would be one rich mother fricker but I would be empty, without friends, without anything to watch on TV, and without being to get on here, The MORE SPORTS BOARD Sorry guys but I am dead serious 100% on this.

There is not a single fun event I can do that doesn't in some way revolve around sports, not one thing...I either play golf, watch football, go to a game, tailgate, go hunting or fishing, or go to work...life would suck without sports

Sports are a huge part of my life, but the other big part of my life is travel. I could do a shite load of traveling with that money... The thing is...it would be very hard to completely avoid sport as it is everywhere and I would always be interested in what the Saints and Tigers and Hornets/(new name here) are doing.

No question. For the full amount, frick sports. I'd be too busy living in giant houses, driving fast cars, banging hot bitches, and being rich as frick to care about anything else.
