Wait, I was assured by this board that Obama doesn't cut spending ever and that the only reason anyone voted for him is because he gives them free stuff.

They are laughing at the college kids who thought Obama was going to bail them out of debt.
Less Pell=More loans=More debt

You might think that a student who had been informed of this fact might of thought twice about voting for Obama but I'm pretty sure there is no amount of logic on the planet that change the mind of the lemmings.
