I think Magnum should definitely win this round, but its not fair to China Beach to even include it in this list. China Beach was all drama. I don't think anyone would ever classify it as an action series...well except for the op

I was pushing to find 16..
And, hence, the reason CB is the 16 seed..
V, Spenser: For Hire, Mike Hammer, Sledge Hammer were others, but I chose China Beach for the war aspect..

Probably Hardcastle and McCormick, but the Dukes was a 70s debuted show and the others were one season and done..
Hell, one lasted only 10 eps..
..and regardless of what you keep adding, MPI would have beat all of them in R1..
