Tax hikes on Rich = 10 days of new revenue (Big Yahoo!)
meanwhile we still have 1 Trillion dollars to make up somewhere.
No Budget cuts on the table
No entitlements reform on the table
Nothing of substance from Democrats, just a bunch of crap finger pointing "you are being irresponsible"!!!
I am not surprised one bit by this tone and this stupidity.
I blame this President, his real ideology and I blame his supporters for this financial ongoing mess that will not be seriously dealt with while these clowns are in leadership!!
All of it is on the Democrats at this point because they hold the cards and the white house.

They want to raise taxes so it makes them look like they are tackling the debt, when in reality they don't care about paying down the debt because they think its pointless since it can't be done.

the Republicans need to hold press conferences and call out the Dems on this
Does anyone up there have respectable proposals?
they have army of staff members, surely some Harvard grad has something radical

But nothing is getting better, so how can anyone call this progress or victory or whatever.
Bad news is bad news...deficit spending is on this President's watch...
Lack of Leadership is Lack of leadership...At some point the MSNBC's of the world have to come to their senses...

I am sick of this game going on
someone needs to throw a fit, toss over a podium, ask the media questions "Hey Media pal back in the 3rd row, you think this is a joke?, where is your proposal to come up with 1 Trillion?, why are you asking tough questions of the administration, why don't you do your joke, why do you suck so bad? I am mean seriously, you are a complete failure!" show some passion go off on somebody and make the news...Make the evening news

You will soon see there are no serious cuts or entitlement reforms to address over-spending.
Taxes remain for the 98%, the wealth taxes go up and loop holes nixed
Any superficial Spending cuts will be pushed years back, nothing changes, not really.
It's a joke that Obama won't put anything on the table...Nothing!
show them to me!!! We'll get nothing!

Where are the cuts I am ranting about that don't exist? You are suggesting "real and positive negotiations are happening"....
have you seen anything reported by any media outlet that Obama and Democratic leadership are prepared to put on the table that is meaningful? In other words, something big that makes sense, something that saves a pile of money, something that helps us move toward prosperity rather than enslavement to debt.
Please share a credible link or something, otherwise, I will just have count you as another person listening to Obama yet not really paying attention to what actually gets carried out.

My guess is that when all is said and done, you'll see 3 trillion in cuts and 1 trillion in revenue spread over ten years.
