Yes to UF and Western Illinois.
No to ND, the line has come back down.
No to Manhattan as they now has the majority of public $.
I lean these 4 teams but UF is the only one I'm betting.

I think alot of people are overlooking this. Spurs don't have a chance in hell of covering this line. Stephen Jackson and Leonard are out too. Spurs have 8 players dressing and they are mostly scrubs.
