I don't see an option to post on the Saints board except to reply to post or start new topic. Am I missing something, do I need permission or reach a certain number of reply posts before I can post?
Sorry if I'm missing something obvious and TIA.

No. I want to make a post on an existing topic without replying to a previous post. Is that possible? I don't see an option at the bottom or anywhere else that says post or comment or anything like that. Sorry if I haven't been clear and thanks in advance.

Thank you. I've just never been on a board where you didn't have the option to make a "new" comment on an existing thread. Sometimes I tend to overthing things a bit.

It sounds like you're asking for a feature that reddit has.
Here we can only reply to the original poster's post or another poster's post in that same thread.
If you just want to highlight something, then use the quote tool to bring notice to that. Posters don't look at who you are replying to unless they are expecting a reply anyway.
