She didnt care unitl she found out she was dying of AIDS and needed someone to take care of him.
Also, she didnt really want to see him until she found out she was dying, began reflecting gon her life, realized he always cared about her, and wanted to see him before she died.
She is and always was an extremely messed up person. I dont understand why since her father loved her so much. He was always touching and kissing her and her sisters. She did drugs and was a huge whore for like 2 decades and then AIDS put her in her place.
