I met the Hyatt GM at the LSU game and asked why he was not in New Orleans figuring the Bayou Classic was a BIG occupancy time for the Hyatt. He said no way, they only fill 15% of their rooms and indicate that the hotel is sold out. I asked him why and he said the cost after a Bayou Classic weekend was too high. When I asked him to further explain, he said.....they BBQ in the damn bathtubs!!
