These guys weren't there for the Worlds Fair....and they'd been drinking, probably all day.

Negative.. One thing I learned while working on bourbon as a bartender, they buy one drink and sip on it for hours. They are never that drunk, hence they staying out til 5 am. If you ever go on bourbon at 4, there are nothing but hood rat looking people left
