1 gallon on workout days.
On non workout days, only when I eat normally which is about 20-30oz/day. I never get thirsty.

Keeping extremely hydrated is one of the reasons the appearances of getting older have been staved off. Isn't the reason I do it, I just have a habit of drinking something constantly.

If you want to use 180lbs as an example. Drink 90 ounces of water. Half your body weight in number of ounces.

Sparkling water too. The carbonation makes a big difference to me. I can chug almost 100 oz a day of sparkling water.

It makes it different. Something about plain water is just stale and boring.
Ice cold water is fricking amazing when you are hot and thirsty as hell, but just throughout the day I am more inclined to drink something with a little more flavor.

I don't drink many fluids at all. Actually, I was telling someone the other day how I can go a whole day without drinking something just about. A little water or soda with a meal and sometimes I get an urge to drink some water at a fountain but other than that I just don't get thirsty or think about drinking a lot.
How bad is this?

I mean on days when I play some ball or workout I drink while I'm there and try to hydrate - but if it's any other day where I just go to class, walk around campus, etc - I just don't get the urge/idea to drink much.
My diet the past three days has been mainly alcohol, cranberry juice, coke, and a glass of water here and there. I'm not giving any fricks.

Drinking tons of water does great things for your skin. I've learned to appreciate it as I have gotten older.

I went through a phase where I carried a little 20oz water bottle with me, sipped on it throughout the day and filled it up 3-4 times. I had to piss every ten seconds it seemed.

The lack of humidity where we live likely plays a big part too Roger.
I know at the house in Colorado I drink much more water than when I lived down south.
ETA - What does your humidity typically run up there? I forget you live near water.
