I've been having trouble staying hydrated lately. I know the rule of thumb eight, eight ounce glasses. For a long time I doubt I'd get 32 oz in me and that is all while being active in Krav Maga. I think my body has decided it has just had enough of getting by on nothing.

4qts mandatory that I force myself to drink then whatever throughout the day

i'm addicted to seltzer water. I drink about 8 12 oz cans a day.

I drink a lot of water. I have a big 32 oz cup I like to drink out of and I'll have about 4 of them a day on average.

I'm not sure about mentally but I know being dehydrated dramatically effects your muscle endurance.

I drink a lot when working out...probably 32 oz or more. Also a lot when I'm working outside. Not much otherwise, unless I count beer. Beer is mostly water, huh?

i drink a 6 pack of sodas a day so thats just as good
