I would imagine if taxes go up, spending would go up "proportionally", especially entitlement programs (remember democrats have to position for 2016).
Your other numbers seem quite reasonable. I'm going to also add 20 vacations overseas with him and Michelle going in separate entourages because of scheduling conflicts.

Honestly, taxes going up is just a campaign talking point ("I am making everyone pay their fair share." "I am fighting for the little man.")
They are going to spend more and never raise enough revenue to cover their expenses. It is not tax and spend.
It is borrow and spend.
(until the Chinese will not let us borrow anymore - then it is going to get real ugly)

No, but it can go a little longer than that. 20-25 probably.
Years 15-25 though are going to be filled with smoke and mirrors putting it off for "just one more election".
