He was their reserve team manager who wasn't hired because he played FM

This article better describes the peculiar situation.
He was a reserve team coach or adviser for a half a year, and then got promoted to the first team. He's also worked for an American sports agency. He listed Football Manager experience on his resumé along with the sports agency gig and his business degree from Boston University.

Eintracht fans are "hailing Tobias schweinsteiger as a tactical genius" haha the fans are getting carried away needless to say. fricking not that easy to dominate when you start at a shite club with no transfer funds
Edit- fm has a pretty big learning curve, it took me like a month Or two to get into it, now I'm as addicted as I've ever been to anything

He plays for the bayern reserves. Not anywhere close to his brothers skill level. They do look similar though. I think ive only used my name for once, love going the controversial political figure route.
