link? UF has not let one single team put up over 20 points all year long. Arkansas State put up 35 on Oregon. Defense wins championships, and the ducks are hot garbage.

Holy shite, you're boxscore guy. Did you watch any Duck games the first half of the season? Sorry you to keep your entire first team in until the final whistle to beat La-Lafayette and to keep a lead against Jacksonville State. Most other teams like the Ducks have everyone resting at halftime.

So you're admitting that Oregon is not a deep team defensively, that there's a major drop off from the starters to the back-ups?? And that, my left coasted SEC hating hippy friend, is why tSEC is so much better than everyone else. DEPTH.......defensive depth. Great job of helping to reinforce why Oregon is a farce & does not deserve to play for the NC.

I'm admitting it was 50-10 at halftime against Arkansas State! And you come in here touting stupid final scores like a rube. 49-0 over Arizona (Arizona is averaging 35.7 points per game.) I'm admitting you need to play your entire 1st string all game to ensure victory over the sisters-of-the-poor.

So far, the only reason you have stated Oregon should be ranked over UF is because Florida has looked bad the last 3 weeks. Last 3 weeks: UF 3-0 Oregon 2-1

You're stupid. Oregon in their last 3 games played USC, California, and Stanford. Florida in their last 3 games played Missouri, ULL, and Jacksonville St.

It doesn't matter. A win counts as a win. A loss counts as a loss. Oregon lost last week while Florida won. Comprende?? Are you really trying to compare Oregon & Florida's schedule, wins, & losses?

actually Oregon's schedule doesn't compare to FLorida's. I was responding to the post that stated Florida being 3-0 to Oregon's 2-1 in the last 3 game due to the competition. If you wanna go that route Oregon was 8-0 to start the season compared to Florida's 7-1. I personally would just like voters to be consistent. Last season Bama got into the title game over Okie St because the voters say that Bama passed the "eyeball test" when clearly the Cowboys had the better resume. Now this year Oregon would clearly pass the "eyeball test" over Florida even though Florida would have the better resume.

Someone please tell me the last time Florida has played an OOC regular season game outside of the state of Florida. I'm curious.

If the CFB polls were like NCAA tournament seeding style...the way Florida is playing, they'd be a 4 seed in their region masquerading as an early season potential 1 seed...but a Top 16 team, nothing more.

Florida consistently has one of the toughest schedules in the country every single year. I think we've averaged a top5 SOS over the last decade+ How many teams play an elite OOC opponent every single year like UF does? UF plays f$u & Miami next year. Why would UF ever leave the state of Florida? That's be dumb...... Zamoro, I see you still haven't brought up a reasonable explanation for Oregon over Florida. Your opinion/homerism is not a valid reason and therefore does not count. In college basketball, UF would easily be a #1 seed. Best record + #1 rpi = #1 seed dummy. Bhart, I agree with the second half of your post (a couple posts up).....There needs to be some consistency.

I can't wait until we have a selection committee...and where they hopefully will value how teams are playing at the end (like they do in the B-ball tournament) and not how they were rated in September. Florida would not be picked in that scenario out of any group of 4. And you know that. There's really no point in discussing this though with a fan...you're simply a fan of your team who doesn't see warts. Fair enough...but don't pretend you're posing any rational argument.

again, your only argument is that Oregon is playing better than UF right now. But you fail to mention Oregon just lost their last game, they're currently on a losing streak. Your argument is completely invalid, you lose. You are the one who has failed to pose a rational argument. Your one and only talking point is a failure
