Mullen to tenn would be a c+ hire. Much better than dooley. Middle of the pack sec coach.

 No. Dan Mullen is 8-3 against the East at State. One of those losses was against #1 Florida, #15 South Carolina, and Georgia. He could easily recruit and develop talent to bring Tennessee to win the SEC East.
