Sometimes the laser that reads the disk loses contact and needs to be adjusted, and if you don't want to open the 360 up then moving it acts as a quick fix.

Ok cool I am going to try it. I have loaded it a couple of times and it won't load the one dynasty I want to play but will load the other 2 I have on there.

If you exit the game screen before it completely saves the file the save file will them become corrupted. It will cause you to have the problem you are having now. I know from first hand experience.
