| How the Czech's feel about Barry... (Posted on 11/21/12 at 7:56 am)
Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way that you can quickly understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic. Someone over there has it figured out. It was translated into English from an article in the Prague newspaper Prager Zeitungon: "The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their president.

This was pretty clear to me in the 1 and 1/2 hours I waited to vote.

Even more succinctly. Our political leaders are truly representative of the electorate.

You might want to look at other European news sources, they actually have buyers remorse for suporting him in 08. The statements about us not having the sense to not re-elect him are spot on in fact. We cannot and are not able to spend ourselves to prosperity, but we sure as hell can do so to the detriment of everyone in this nation. The light coming at you is a train coming through the damned tunnel.

The light coming at you is a train coming through the damned tunnel.[/quote] Spot on, C. As I've pointed out before, the political process has now become a moot factor re deteriminging future societal outcomes. It will be the collapse, and the reprecussions that does it. Obama and the Socialists are betting the farm that the collapse will enable a total government takeover, because government will be the only mechanism able to weild any effectual mitigating power. But the only power that government ever possessed - outside of military - was in the economic viability of good faith credit. And that will go in the collapse. What will be left? Real stuff...and a lot of desperate people. So...government gonna start kickin in doors of those who both recognize and loathe the mob-rule electorate, to get the 'real stuff' in order to 'spread it around'?...with Barack Obama giving the orders? There will be ten thousand McVeighs rise up overnight and wipe out any semblance of a *government* mandate to pull that crap. "Behold...there is a way that SEEMETH RIGHT unto man, but the end thereof is destruction". (Biblical) But they won't see or listen...they are going to give it a whirl. "...I will send them GREAT DELUSION that they will believe a lie" (Biblical). Enjoy the bounty of this Thanksgiving. And then psych out, buck up...and stock the pantry.

How the Czech's feel about Barry...
As someone here already stated, no idea if this commentary speaks for Czech people in general but whoever wrote the article definitely gets it. Margaret Thatcher nailed it years ago when she stated: The problem with socialism is eventually you run out of other people's money. Just as Greece as learned in devastating fashion, America is in for a hard lesson that there's no free lunch. The reason the conditions for lunacy persist is that our people are short sighted and too many aren't trying to create/plan for a better world for their children. This will eventually lead to an economic collapse that will be a stark reminder of the consequences of socialism. The reason socialism fails is its tenants try to force a system that is conflict human nature and the very nature of our existence. The truth is human beings are not created equal in terms of their capability and work ethic. Higher achievers deserve to be rewarded at a higher level. Contrary to liberal thought, our society has progressed due to evolution aka survival of the fittest for thousands of years. Progress through evolution is artificially thwarted by elevating the less fit by forcing equality of outcomes.
