Definitely resembles the old maid to me. Also, Vivian was pretty destructive when she first moved into the house in season 1. Remember when she was cutting herself in the bathroom and Tate told her she was doing it wrong.

So far from watching 80% of Season 1, there's no further explanation/flashback of Constance going to LA beyond what she tells others. Anyone else just realize that Ben Harmon & family are from Boston...doesn't this show take place in Massachussetts? And aren't both Gay Spock & Ben Harmon psychiatrists??

Would be interesting if they can tie the two.

Just watched it. Loving how many different ways this is developing. I dont get how you guys expect them to tie the two seasons together with Ben Harmon. Someone will have to explain to me where youre getting that reach Also I dont get the "I dont think i like that" people based on a preview. I think this show has earned the benefit of the doubt on whether they can pull it off. Im putting the evil little girl in the same Ann Frank boat. Idk if she comes back but I hope she does. She was so creepy Arden just sold his soul to the devil, i thought that was a good allusion (trust me with your soul). And using the Devils backstory (fallen angel) and kind of mixing it with the young nuns story was awesome (i just wanted people to like me) The story in the present day just gives it a whole new avenue to explore. Im curious how that unfolds.

I said from the beginning that I thought they would somehow tie the two together. My first guess was that Season 1 was in the head of one of the patients in the asylum

I was wondering that too even though I thought each season was a self-contained story. It's either pure coincidence or there's something more going on with the Harmon connection.

I don't know that I believe they'll tie the two seasons together, but that was def Harmon in the phone. I'm willing to bet he's the son of gay Spock and the lady he's got trapped. I thought at first it was the same person or maybe even done kind of ghost action, but the son theory seems the most plausible right now

I'll have to fast forward through my DVR recording to the phone scene & listen to it again to see if it sounds like Ben Harmon.

It will play out the exact same... He will knock her up and then she will kill him. She will abandon the child, just like he was, and the kid will build up rage and realize who his dad was and follow in his footsteps. The thing that throws a big question mark into it, is why is bloodyface hanging out at the asylum now? Maybe he went back there because thats where his mom and dad met

Just because Dylan McDermot did the voice, doesn't mean his character is Dr. Harmon. The timeline doesn't even match up. If the modern day Bloody Face is killing people in 2012, shouldn't Dr. Harmon already be a ghost haunting the Murder House in LA. Maybe Dylan McDermot ties into last season the same way Jessica Lange and Evan Peters do. Just the same actor playing a new, unrelated character from last year.

This is what i was thinking. It just doesn't seem feasible at all

He may not have been hanging out there, but he heard about imposters at the asylum and went to take care of business

******** TONS OF S1 SPOILERS********** Harmon is dead and a ghost stuck in the house in California. And why would he all of a sudden stop killing and do it long enough to get married and have a kid Also how is jessica Lange the same age 30 years apart? When the Chick he knocked up comes threatening him, why would he have cut her up and down? Harmon was a huge puss and your gonna tell me hes a mass murderer? No way

Im like 95 percent sure the little killer girl from this episode is the little girl talking hit to Aaron Rodgers in his new State farm commercial

I agree, I just said Harmon as in the actor. I do believe it was McDermott but I'm sure as a new character

Guarantee it would be as a new character, just like the other 4-5 from Season 1. I think the only way they could tie the two together, being that they are 40yrs apart would be if Season 1 was imagined in one of the patients heads.

Finally watched this last night off of the DVR. Kind of a breather compared to the last few episodes but I enjoyed it. Here is this week's Photo Re-Cap: Re-Cap
