Franklin and Strong were never offered ffs. If Long tried to hire Franklin he would be ran out of Fayetteville. He did this during the last basketball search, all smokescreens.

or you can come down off your Petrino and realize that you're still Arkansas...you won't get another Petrino and Franklin would've been a surprisingly good hire for yall...I'm not surprised he turned down Fayetteville to stay in Nashville

What do Strong and Franklin have in common that prevented them from being offered?? Could it be the same thing that brought Gene Chizic to Auburn instead of Turner Gill?
