Exactly!
Plus all the other freakin 80's remake movies they keep ruining.
Oh, by the way they (evil, non-original studio exec suits) keep thinking of a way to remake War Games. Maybe this movie is the blue print they have been looking for

Liked it. Don't be scared of a remake. Its good for what it is.
An ppl bitching about the lead not being American, you wouldn't know if you didn't know beforehand. Y'all are just looking for a reason to call it a shitty movie bc it's a remake.

I don't hide my disdain for studios messing with the 80's movies I grew up with but this goes way beyond that. There is a reason this movie has a 12% on rotten tomatoes. The premise is just ridiculous. Please pull yourself out of the lowest common denominator zone.

It's good for a popcorn flick. Hence "for what it is"... It's one of those movies that doesn't hold up from the Time you see it in theaters to the time it makes it to video. But for a fun action movie, it wasn't as bad as y'all think.
I don't need someone else to make an opinion for me. And BTW, the original didn't hold up either.
