I live in the DFW area and the lowest I've seen lately is $ 2.99.

3.06 at Walmart but it goes down to 2.91 if I use the Walmart credit card.

Lowest today I saw was $3.38 in Old town.... I'm sure it's much more at one of the D.C. Gas stations
