The Limbo Board (my idea) would be open to Level 1 Bannees: minor infractions, trivial matters... the kind of stuff Fred bans people over.
Level 1s could post on The Limbo Board, but no other board. They could post as often as they want and start as many threads as they wish (within TD's usual standards). Non-banned posters could also post there, and sadistically ridicule them.
If Level 1s are banned from the Limbo Board they are moved to Level 2 -- equal to TD's current banned status.

New Idea: a board for banned posters called "Dicks in a box." All of the banned posters would have default dick pics inside their avi box. Posters would only be able to post pics for a brief 15 minute period in the morning. The rest of the day they would be thinking about posting pics.
