Likely, this is the guy whose wife Norwood screwed and now he wants payback and is expecting someone like you to do it. He's given you the obvious clues. I'm serious as a heart attack.

In all seriousness, I think we established that lsu52 (who that name is tied to) and LSUTigers are the biggest scammers on the TE board. Seems like lsu52 ran into some troubles 3-4 years ago. I could be wrong.

Unfortunately, there are many liars and thieves on this site.
I sold two LSU Bama tickets to a poster here last year and he only paid me for one. I was stupid enough to believe he would pay me later.
He is a liar, a thief, and a punk. A fellow LSU fan stealing from another LSU fan. Pathetic!
We should create a list of these low lifes and make it available to everyone who uses the ticket exchange.

was the section really that big of a deal? sounds like the tickets were his. the paypal was just to avoid the fee and make them cheaper for you. i mean if the seats are sent through lsutickets then they were legit. guy didnt need to douche out like he did but it doesnt really seem scammy

Yeah I saw. I do not know how he's been able to get by for so long. I swear about 4 years ago we had this problem with him. It just rings a bell. His other posts seem to make him to be "My Mercedes is in the shop, so I am driving my Hummer and what good 4 star restaurants are in bla bla bla" type of dude. Funny how you can spot a prick on the internet so easily.

He is an attorney?
Essentially, it is absolutely HIS problem. Not yours that he could not provide the product he advertised and you paid for. Unsure what you paid, but I doubt that $$amount is keeping his electricity from being turned on given his profession.
He should have told you upfront he could not provide the section you wanted and asked ahead of time if 406 was acceptable. It's his fault he didn't list 406 in the first place and his fault he didn't realize he never had 421 available.
You will win the PayPal dispute. Ignore his threats, etc. If he really wants to make thus "real", just do this.
Threaten to file a formal complaint against his licensing board. I bet they would love to know he is scalping tickets to the public. And you know who else would? The Firm he works for....during business hours no less. Unless his name is the same as the Firm name, then I assure you he will treat you a lot nicer after you suggest that to him.
Bottomline, you paid for a service he did not provide.
