| Be careful to buy tickets from this person. (Posted on 11/20/12 at 8:54 am)
This past Week I was looking for tickets to the Ole Miss game. I was searching for tickets in sec 421 to sit with friends. I saw a ad for sec 421 tickets that asked to inquir to johnnynorwood@gmail.com. He said he had tickets left and since he lived in NOLA to use PayPal. Then asked me to send the money as a gift(here is the mistake and if you ask me his intention) thus to avoid a fee. I said I won't be perfected if I do that. His response. Sure you will. I've done this numerous times. Sent him the money Thursday night at 6:00pm. I didn't recieve any tickets. Woke up Friday morning and sent emails asking for tickets. He said he lost power and will send them when he gets to work. Then around 9:00am on Friday I get a ticket forward but these tickets are in 406. I respond to him that these are not the tickets in the add I responded to. He says that's all I have. I ask for my money back. He then starts talking about if I give you your money you will have my tickets and money. Mind you when you send tickets by forward you must accept them though the ticket office which I hadn't done and never did. I did a search for the email address on this site to show him he posted 421. His ole miss ad was gone but showed 3 others with one of him advertising 421. He played coy for a sec then started babbling that it was my fault. I asked repeatedly for my money back without any response to do so. I then filled a dispute through PayPal. He gets the dispute email and then becomes angry threatening to sue. I explain that I not only didn't accept the tickets but yet rejected them though the ticket office and then sent the ticket forward back to him on Friday. Just for reference you cannot print a ticket forward unless accepted. Then I recieve a few more threatening emails of him telling me I'm gonna lose and will se him in court. Here in is were the send me as a gift through PayPal comes in. When sent as a gift you are not protected under PayPals policy's. I have gone to my bank to dispute the charge. He hasn't sent me my money at all. Some people may have had a good experience with this guy but mine was terrible. FYI

I buy and sell tickets somewhat frequently and unless I'm using Stubhub, I maintain a strict policy of handling the transaction in person with cash. Too many scammers out there on both sides......

Well I am in Nola. I can always email you the tickets from my account through lsusports.net. You could pay me through PayPal or Chase QuickPay or something. I've done it for a couple of games this year and it worked out well. But wait a minute...my td.com post says Sec. 406 for this game...the one you just showed me was for the MSU game...I am not the one at fault here. I have not and never had tickets in 421. I don't have any other tickets. I will go look at my posting on TD.com and see what it says, but I don't know why it would say Sec. 421. But the problem now is that you have my tickets. By emailing them to you, my hard ones are no longer good, and the ones you have that I emailed to you are the valid tickets. So if I give you your money back, I get screwed, b/c you now have my tickets and I have no money for them.
