re: WFST - Monday Edition

- green lentils cooked in water/chicken stock then added cream, cayenne and curry powder .. reduced down then mixed with roasted squash and chopped cilantro and sat it atop a piece of toasted marble rye

- spinach salad w/ olives, tomato, red onion and homemade russian dressing (already had everything on hand to make it. I have no idea why people buy salad dressings in bottles. And yes, it tastes better than the bottled version).

- drinking a bottle of Petit Bourgeois Cab Franc I picked up at Keife & Co. for 10 bucks. Very tasty. Can't fathom why morons still buy shite like Yellowtail when there's affordable stuff like this out there.

I had a smoked pork roast, baked beans, and Cole slaw at the camp. Roast was meh, so I mostly had beans.
