| Saints getting the shaft on replays (Posted on 11/19/12 at 3:50 pm)
It seems like we've been getting fricked hardcore on replay challenges (aside from te GB game where GB was fricked on 2 replays) anyway I'm trying to compile a list and would like some help please. I know I'm missin one from either the Philly or ATL game - @TB roman Harper catches a crystal clear interception. Ruled incomplete. Ruling upheld - @OAk Cadet catches a first down pass. Ruled complete. No sufficient evidence to overturn. Call overturned. -@OAK Raiders receiver makes a catch turns takes 2 steps and while switching hands a saints defender knocks the ball loose. Clear fumble on the play. Initially ruled a fumble. Overturned on replay.

NFL loves the Raiders more than us.

The last one was ruled a fumble on the field. That's what makes the overturn even more ridiculous.

@oak call on field was a fumble, but mike pierra (sp) on the phone said it was not possession, and he never had it, even though the wr took 2 steps, shifted the ball, and then was knocked loose. Overturned and total BS

I actually thought it wasn't a catch and saw the argument. The other two are ridiculous.

None were as bad as that Roman Harper interception. There is no excuse for something like that. Completely criminal.

That play stands, then we win. Of course, if we would have just kicked one FG in the 4th we win too.

agreed. Love how the announcer even thought for a second that was the football and not Cadet fricking arm

Exactly. Crap evens out, but I love how they emphasize "indisputable evidence needed" when that's rarely the case.

This, to me, was the most egregious of those listed (although they were all pretty bad). It was so bad and so blatantly obvious. I couldn't get too upset because we were really stepping on their necks by that time but that call was the kind of thing that would drive me to throwing things in a closer game
