So why wasn't LF arrested for spoiling Lysa? LF was Lysa's baby daddy that Hoster had aborted with Moon Tea.

Varys was working with Illyrio getting Ageon set up. I think Catelyn nabbing Tyrion at the inn expedited everything. That was the spark the ignited the war.

Ehh, kind of but not really. If Joffrey hadn't been an idiot and not executed Ned, that would have merely been a minor inconvenience that would have been dealt with swiftly once they traded the Starks for Jaime. The war would have happened regardless due to Stannis.

They were already fighting in the Riverlands because of what Catelyn did. Everything kinda snowballed from there.
