I agree on all the bolded, for sure.
Smoking is one that I'm closest to being able to bear for a while. If she only smokes when she drinks, I could look past it, as long as her breathe wasn't stinking. I'd probably get tired of her if she had to smoke everyday, with no intentions of stopping.

A girl who is really quiet or shy
I work retail(p/t) and there was this really hot girl working with me one day. I attempted to talk to her, ask her about school, her likes/dislikes, etc. to get a convo going but she still never really said anything to me so i kinda didn't pay much attention to her after that
probably dumb but i don't really work well with people who don't talk hardly at all..just makes things awkward

The shy girls often turn out to be the best. My SO is shy around people she doesn't know, but around me or her friends, she never shuts up.  You just have to make them feel comfortable and they'll open up to you. Shy girls also tend to be much more loyal, but can also be more clingy.

This goes a long way. The only way I have gotten laid in the past is due to wit and personality. The effect of which was that only girls who could hold a conversation were the ones I would hook up with. I've never had an encounter which strictly had to do with physical attraction.

I'm not picky, but I'm selective. Specifically in who I'd involve myself in a serious relationship with. They set a criteria for me to meet for a long term relationship, so I'll do the same.
There's enough good attitude/sense of humor, kid free, std free, not a chain smoker, catholic women to go around.
If you don't know what you're looking for, you won't find it.

I agree you have to have standards. I just think sometimes people can get too caught up in the checklist and might miss out on an opportunity because someone likes Real Housewives.
It's been my experience that real relationships happen when people aren't looking too hard or planning too much. If you really fall for someone, the little, unimportant things won't matter.
