I was a bit surprised about the low spread. Right now we are 9th in the country in passing defense (in a traditional pass-happy league) and have only given up 106 yards passing in the past 2 weeks combined.
WSU is a one-dimensional offense that plays into our strength. They had 1 rushing yard yesterday and are only average 30 per game for the season.
Of course this is a rivalry game though and anything can happen.

Will probably be on LSU by the end of the week. As an optimistic LSU fan, I often talk myself into betting.

Also, if I requested a payout last thurs, how long will it be available for pickup via WU?

I thought you had a shot. Didn't think it'd happen after WCU fumbled before half. But a one point cover is the same as a 30 point cover.
