Had a blowout this morning, don't want to drive to BR on a spare. Anyone one know where I can get a used tire around Lakeview to get me back?

Try Walmart or SAMs. I would eve call Goodyear and tell them how much you found it at one place and they will either beat it or price match.

there is a place on Causeway service road across Causeway from the Galleria
Hubcap Heaven on Jefferson HWY a block from Central has used tires
those are 2 off the top of my head

I don't know about used, but in Lakeview you can go to the Fleur de Lis Car Care on Harrison and Fleur de Lis. Get there early and they can usually swap that tire out quick.

ETA: places like Wally World and Goodyear won't plug tires anymore, they're too worried about selling a new tire!

Southern Tire on David Dr/Airline has a ton of them. I am positive they would have that size
ETA: I do have 3/4 of a set of 35x12.50r20s I can part ways with. Might look a little cockeyed, but it is a temporary thing, right?

It's not about selling new tires. Most places are becoming more strict about properly repairing tires because of the fricked up legal environment today. Just plugging a tire is not recommended by the Rubber Manufacturers Association. Companies open themselves to huge lawsuits should they improperly repair a tire and a firey car crash ensues.

Yep. A correct repair is a patch and plug and big chains dont even want to take that risk.
