Gaining admittance to the kingdom of heaven should not require a tip to the priest performing the rights required to do so, Imo. I'm pretty sure when St Peter is reading the ledger to you of your sins, "failure to tip your priest for baptism" won't be on it.

This reminds me of the old joke where a priest, rabbi, and some other religious guy asks how much of the donations they keep for themselves. One takes 10%, the other takes 20%, and the catholic priests just throws the money up in the air and lets god takes what he wants and leave the rest to him. The catholic church is a joke now. Tipping a priest? BS. A donation to the church is what it should be.
This part of the reason I am now a Catholic in exile. Tipping a priest for anything seems unethical and ridiculous to me. As does most of the BS you have to go through to attain the Pope's official seal of approval. frick that.
